Work has been on a worldwide basis, making use of numerous IT facilities, technologies and applications - in a variety of industries - aerospace, defence, chemical, petroleum & gas, ATC, and military, commercial and GA aviation.

Consultancy work is undertaken in both the Resource Role and Process Roles. In the former the task can be the provision of expertise, additional resource or as a 'troubleshooter'. In the latter role, the role is essentially in the management of change. Fees are always by arrangement and depend on the work to be undertaken.

Universal Quality - Cygnus Systems - is a Limited Company. The company operated as a Sole Trader Company for 10 years (1996 - 2005) before being incorporated as Cygnus-Universal Limited on 30 August 2005. The Company works with a number of close contacts, all of whom have particular areas of expertise. Work can be undertaken as a solo Consultant or on a team basis, as necessary.
